Doing the right thing by yourself and your customer is not always the easy thing to do, it may mean admitting to a mistake or accepting responsibility for something that was not completely within your control, generally it means that you may lose profit or margin.. However customers respect companies that do the right thing and hold their hands up without question when things go wrong, and this leads to a better partnership and a long term customer
